Below are latency expectations for each endpoint that need to be complied.

There are certain SLA that need to be complied as follows.

Business ProcessSLA
Order SLA, from Payment to fulfilled (response code 00 and message success)5 seconds
Transactional issue (i.e Pending)24 hours
Emergency issue (i.e invalid signature)1 hour
